Let's help you understand the needs that drive the thoughts and feelings and how to meet those needs. All identities welcome. Most of the conditions that I treat-anxiety, depression, grief, & painful attachment patterns- are, at their core, logical responses to a situation, that are no longer helpful. I will work with you to help you transcend the outdated wiring, bringing you back to your whole, authentic self.
