My goal is to help you become your authentic self. I strive to produce an environment where you feel validated, heard, and empowered. I use many different methods depending on the circumstances. I like to evaluate and hear my clients and then come up with a treatment that you are a part of and take ownership of. I want you to be able to attain the goals we have set together.
