Over the past decade, I've been an advocate for survivors of trauma, veterans, adults living with chronic illness or disability, those struggling with grief and the aging population. Through Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT, I apply an holistic approach to assessing needs and developing solutions with my clients.
