I’m here to help foster meaningful change, greater balance, and a deeper sense of resilience. With attuned support, challenges become more manageable and long-standing patterns can begin to soften. I am here to provide clinical support as you work through the challenges ahead. My work as an EMDRIA-credentialed EMDR therapist is grounded in trauma-informed, neurobiological frameworks. I individualize treatment based on client presentation, complexity, and readiness, specializing in complex trauma with children, adolescents, and adults. I also integrate polyvagal-treatment Safe Sound Protocol SSP, Internal Family System IFS & CBT.
