Providing therapy for anxious "tweens", teens, and twenty-somethings for the past 24 years. When one member of a family is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, or overwhelming stress, it can have a devastating impact on both the individual and the family members who love them. Therapy is designed to provide space and time to examine thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We work toward regulating emotions and developing coping strategies that foster mental wellness.
