I specialize in working with children, teens, and women covering a variety of issues. ADHD/ASD, Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, and Women's issues are just to name a few. I am also a Neurodiversity Affirmation therapist that believes treatment should be centered on a client's strengths, not their weaknesses. My approach is to serve client needs through a holistic and client centered approach that fosters hope and healing. During our sessions together, I utilize evidenced-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused behavior therapy, play therapy, EMDR, and EFT (tapping), hypnotherapy, and brainspotting.
