I am an irreverent psychologist that specialises in working with trauma, eating disorders, and interpersonal issues. My typical client tends to be working on trauma, a medically stable eating disorder, body image, and/or boundary setting or general interpersonal issues. My personal philosophy on therapy is that we are all striving to be the best versions of ourselves, we just need there right tools to get there! I offer evidenced based treatments for trauma and eating disorders, such as EMDR, CBT-E, and many other acronyms!
