My approach is to cultivate a professional relationship with each client while developing trust at the patient's pace. The client and therapist, together, identify goals and devise a plan to facilitate desired changes.It is vitally important that the client feels comfortable with the therapist. Although I am an eclectic psychotherapist, I have provided counseling in my twenty-plus years experience, specializing in anxiety, depression, couple's issues, and mild OCD.
