I’m a compassionate, experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and couples. I work collaboratively and non-judgmentally to help you better understand yourself, improve your relationship and build concrete skills for coping and change. For many, asking for help is the hardest part. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, stuck in painful relationship patterns, worried about your teen, or simply exhausted from trying to “hold it all together.” Therapy is a place where you don’t have to do it alone.
