Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or other challenges, I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and strength. Many of my clients have a history of over-functioning, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions, and they’re ready to turn that care inward. Safe & Sound Provider.
