I engage with individuals by meeting them where they are. My practice focuses on clients with a history of trauma, or with problems related to mood or anxiety. Continual learning, curiosity, compassion, and lived experience guide my approach as I aim to guide clients in learning about themselves, and how to respond to life rather than react to it. With additional degrees in biochemistry and massage therapy, I approach mental health with a holistic and integrative viewpoint, and engage trauma-focused treatment, CBT, DBT, and nutritional and integrative mental health modalities with an Interpersonal Neurobiology framework.
