I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of serving children, adolescents and adults in the Hudson Valley. I've had the privilege of working alongside those who have experienced immense trauma, pain and change in their lives. Whether it be Anxiety, Depression, Trauma or adjustment to major life stressors, my goal is to provide a secure space to be courageous in addressing these experiences. Although it may be challenging at times, I will be there every step of the way. I would be more than happy to answer additional inquiries or questions about my theoretical framework, skills and ability to support.
