Life can be incredibly difficult at times. We get thrown all sorts of curveballs, and sometimes we discover that it’s just too much to handle on our own. We can become overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, hopeless, and alone. But we don’t have to navigate life alone. I offer support to those struggling to overcome anxiety, depression, chronic stress, low self-esteem, boundary issues, and relationship difficulties. I also support those whose journey has included infertility, pregnancy loss, assisted reproduction, and post-partum depression and anxiety.
