About

My clients find it helpful to work with someone who understands lifelong (often late-identified) neurodivergence—and the embodied sense of “something’s wrong with me” that can develop over years of masking, misattunement, and self-blame. I collaborate especially well with creative, driven people—artists, performers, creators, and engineers—who are ready to calm rumination, sleep better, reduce overwhelm, and transform a harsh inner critic into a more supportive inner voice. When we stop fighting against the natural design of our brain, life and relationships become more manageable—and an unblocked creative mind can flourish. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are. It’s about shifting the adaptations that once helped you cope but now keep you stuck, strengthening self-trust, and healing codependency so you can access what my clients describe as an aligned sense of self: body and mind at ease more of the time, calmer inner dialogue, and momentum that feels fluid, not chaotic.
