Hello, I am Kim Chilvers, I use she/her pronouns, and am an LMFT with over 20 years of experience. My specialties include individual adults and teens struggling with the effects of trauma, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I use EMDR and other evidence based interventions to help clients develop coping skills, a better understanding of emotions, relationships and working towards achieving life goals, in a safe, non-judgment space. I take a humble and curious approach to the diverse cultural, life style and gender experiences of my clients.
