Welcome! I am a therapist located in the wonderful state of Maine. I have worked in many positions in the clinical field with many populations. I approach therapy as a relationship. I want to build the relationship first before the majority of the work begins. I want anyone and everyone to feel welcome and comfortable talking about their lives. I love hearing people's stories and how their lives have been built. I am certified in TF-CBT, DBT, and CBT modalities, but pull in many others in my work with clients.
