I specialize in supporting teen girls and women who appear high-achieving and put-together, but internally feel stuck, anxious, and emotionally drained. Many of my clients struggle with high-functioning anxiety, repeating unhealthy relationship patterns, and deep-rooted attachment wounds that often stem from trauma. My integrative, trauma-informed approach is designed to help you step out of survival mode and into long-term emotional freedom. To support teen girls and women navigating high-functioning anxiety, attachment wounds, and trauma, I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and the power of a strong therapeutic alliance.
