I work with clients with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety & to decrease screen time & get back to enjoying life organically. I do most of my work in person. I use modalities such as CBT & DBT in conjunction with more abstract remedies for emotional suffering, such as connection with spirituality, nature, movement, & music.
