I am a solution focused and strength based therapist using evidence based treatments and an integrative approach to treat diverse areas such as trauma and PTSD/C-PTSD, depression and anxiety, ADD/ADHD, grief and loss, work challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and women's issues. My goal is to help you create possibilities , uncover your true potential, and lead a life worth celebrating. I specialize in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, which is a powerful and often dramatically effective therapeutic approach which can facilitate recovery from the devastating effects of post traumatic stress disorder, trauma, and anxiety. I also integrate other trauma treatments using parts work from IFS, DBT, and Somatic Therapy.
