It can be difficult to ask for help or prioritize your needs, especially when doing your best to balance relationships, work, and all of the other stressors that life can throw at you. It can all feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I use a relational, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to help my clients better understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and move forward. We'll work together to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and make it easier for you to take values-driven steps toward meaningful goals in your life. As a bilingual English-Spanish therapist, my work is informed by my Salvadoran/Latiné background. I'm mindful of how culture, language, identity, and family dynamics impact your health and wellbeing. I especially enjoy working with clients to address issues related to racial and cultural identity, immigration, intergenerational trauma, and spirituality.
