I have experience with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and LGBT+ although I have worked with an array of different people/disorders. I have worked in residential, PHP, and IOP settings. While utilizing different techniques, I look to help enhance personal awareness and skills, in order for self-acceptance and self-growth to be part of the therapeutic process. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Master's Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NH and am ready to work with adults who are experiencing difficult times.
