My ideal clients may be individuals or partners who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by shame around parts of themselves, their relationships, or their desires. They may be navigating grief, identity shifts, disability or illness, addiction or recovery, or changes in how they relate, love, or communicate. Often, they are seeking relief, clarity, or deeper connection, and they want support that honors both their personal experiences and the relational systems they are part of. I offer a sex positive, relational, and trauma informed approach grounded in Narrative Therapy and guided by an intersectional, systemic lens.
