The “modern mom” faces the struggle to balance parenting, marriage, work, and a healthy self. This pressure can be extremely overwhelming! I have found my true passion in helping families improve functioning and positive connection. I pride myself as being very easy to talk with and open up to. I utilize a genuine and honest approach and come from a non-judgmental stance. I want my clients to feel safe to discuss anything, from day-to-day frustrations to deep feelings and insecurities. I also specialize in prenatal/ postpartum, teenager struggles, couples, trauma, anxiety issues and LGBTQ populations.
