Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles get in the way of how you want to live. You may feel stuck in cycles of worry, grief, or disconnection from yourself and those you love. Maybe you've tried pushing through, only to find yourself stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy can be the place where you pause, reflect, and begin creating meaningful change. My role is to walk alongside you - offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can begin feeling more grounded, hopeful, and whole. I believe transformation begins with insight: understanding your story, your strengths, and the patterns that keep you feeling "stuck." I tend to the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. As a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher, I bring an integrative approach that blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and somatic practices.
