I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience working with adults, parents, trauma survivors, and people who feel drawn toward deep personal healing. I work with people of all genders and sexual orientations and provide an affirming, inclusive space. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable people who look fine on the outside, but feel anxious, fragmented, disconnected, or unsure of who they are underneath everything they’ve survived or been expected to be.
