Hi, I’m Kimberly. I help adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, relationships, and recovery by offering a safe, supportive space to feel heard and move forward. I'm a Certified Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with experience since 2020. I use CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, but tailor therapy to each person. I’m committed to an inclusive, affirming space for neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ clients. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and compassionate. I hold master’s degrees in psychology and social work.
