I'm a licensed professional counselor with a Master of Education degree in mental health counseling. I specialized for 20 years in mental health and well-being. My education provides a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, culturally harm reduction, crisis intervention, and culturally responsive mental health practices. Through academic training and hands-on experience, I've developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, especially those affected by homelessness, poverty, and systemic barriers. I am passionate about advocating for a safe space for healing and empowerment within community.
