Reaching out for help and finding the right therapist can be a difficult and intimidating process. My hope is to make this process as easy as possible. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have worked in the field for over 15 years. I've worked with all ages and diagnoses and specialize in teen and adult populations. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space for others to feel heard, understood, and accepted.
