I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with over 33 years of experience in the field. I offer a compassionate, holistic, and strength-based approach to therapy that meets clients where they are. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in group homes, outpatient clinics, schools, and private practice, and have also served as a clinical supervisor, clinical director, and adjunct professor. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and major life transitions.
