I love working with people ages 13 and above who are struggling with everyday life. I support those struggling with anxiety, depression, emotions regulation, stress management, life transitions, or just simply feeling stuck in life. If you're feeling ready—or even just open to exploring what support could look like—I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I utilize a mixture of holistic and evidence-based practices. I see individuals within the age ranges of adolescents, college students, adults, and older adults navigating a range of challenges — whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, LGBTQIA+, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, self-worth, or simply feeling stuck.
