I have over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life transitions, relationship and parenting difficulties. I enjoy working with all types people and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals with a diverse sexual orientation, gender identity, and non-traditional lifestyles. Every person is unique; no single therapeutic approach will be effective for everyone. I use a strengths-based solution focused approach to get a better understanding of her client’s needs and will incorporate effective and research-based interventions to include the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy and EMDR
