Having grown up witnessing the pain of divorce firsthand, I understand the deep desire for a secure and lasting partnership. I also understand wrestling with the big questions: 'Did I choose the right partner?' 'Do I have what it takes to make this marriage last?' Like many engaged couples, I felt the excitement of building a future with someone but was often overwhelmed by the uncertainties of what lay ahead.
