Life can present many challenges; relationships end, you experience an unexpected job loss or financial difficulties, loss of a loved one, illness and the list goes on. It can be difficult to see beyond the current circumstances and you might feel as though the walls are closing in. It's during those times that you need support, guidance and tools to overcome challenges in a healthy way. I can support clients in addressing a wide range of life issues including stress management, relationship issues, life transitions (career change, military to civilian, empty nest, etc.), skill building. I specialize in healing and recovery after a divorce or breakup; I created a practical workbook to help clients gain insight and attain closure.
