Hello, and welcome to taking the first step on your mental health journey! I believe we can all benefit from therapy, in order to maintain both our physical and mental well being. First responders often neglect symptoms of depression and untreated trauma can lead to stress and emotional-dysregulation. This is often a pre-curser for alcohol and substance use or thoughts of suicide. During intake we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy. Together, we will create goals, and throughout the therapy progress we will discuss your progress.
