I offer individual therapy to adolescents and adults who are navigating life’s difficulties, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, and identity challenges including LGBTQIA+ and transitions. In our shared process, we’ll explore how challenges may become opportunities for perseverance, renewal, and self-discovery. As a longtime school adjustment counselor in both public and international school settings, I have extensive knowledge of the unique needs of a teenager, as well as the complexities of parenting in today’s world.
