Do you ever imagine your life in a parallel universe, a different life you wish you could have? But instead find yourself stuck in limbo or darkness, struggling with emotions, obsessive thoughts, or repeating self-destructive behaviors in relationships? When we have come to a stuck point, therapy can help unravel, sort out, and overcome obstacles that may have begun long ago, often from childhood. Feeling seen by our therapist makes a great difference. I hope to make that connection with you. My focus is trauma, treating PTSD, C-PTSD, and phobias. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma and exposure response prevention therapy (ERP) for OCD. I also work with social anxiety, and neurodivergence. My approach includes psychodynamic therapy (looking at childhood influences), and DBT.
