Womanhood is challenging. The road to becoming a mama is hard. Are you a woman struggling with overwhelming anxiety? Are you a newly pregnant or postpartum mom that is struggling to keep your head above water in this difficult transition? Are you going through infertility and overwhelmed with the process? I have been in those trenches. You don’t have to manage these difficult moments alone. Reaching out and asking for help can be difficult but shows tremendous courage and strength. If you’ve ever thought that seeking out counseling could be helpful or beneficial to you, you’ve already taken the first step! I offer a safe and validating space to process your emotions. My sessions are integrative, meaning that they are tailored towards what approaches & theories will work best for you. I specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health, infertility, intrusive thinking/OCD, depressive disorders, anxiety, and self esteem. I also provide telehealth sessions only.
