Hi, I'm Kimberly! I specialize in providing therapy to teens and adults struggling with symptoms of OCD and other anxiety related issues such as social fears, perfectionism, and panic. I love taking behavioral approaches to challenge fears and step outside of their comfort zone. Outside of anxiety treatment, I also enjoy working with people to manage symptoms of depression, trauma, and ADHD. Many people I see may identify with more than one mental health diagnosis and/or have a significant history of symptoms. We will collaborate to identify what you want to work on and what you want to get out of therapy. I mostly draw from approaches such as ERP, CBT, and ACT. In other words, I strive to help you change your behaviors in meaningful ways so that you can feel more empowered and confident in your ability to handle distress. I also focus on shifting thoughts that keep you feeling badly about yourself or stuck into more balanced and compassionate thoughts.
