Choosing a therapist can be overwhelming and confusing. It's hard to know who to choose when there are so many therapists out there. I can help answer questions you have about therapy, and help you find what you're looking for. Therapy works when there's a connection between you and the therapist, you feel understood, not judged, and safe. It's important to find someone you are comfortable with and has experience with your particular concern. I can help point you in the right direction. I have over 17 years of experience working with people of different ages, backgrounds and struggling with a variety of issues. However, a great deal of my experience and training has focused on parenting, grief, cancer-related issues for those with cancer and their families, divorce, relationship issues, adolescents, and anxiety.
