Hi there! My name is Kim, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been helping individuals deal with anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, and adjustment issues for about 5 years now. My approach tends to be supportive, empathetic, and respectful. As a counselor, I utilize an integrated approach that brings in interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and strengths-based therapy. I am going to be supporting you along the way of your therapeutic journey to develop healthy coping skills and elicit positive change in your life. I have years of experience helping people through some of the toughest times. I've seen people at some low points in their lives, and I'm here to help you lift out of them.
