I know it can be hard to ask for help—especially when you’re used to being everything to everyone while not receiving the same level of support. You may be struggling with feelings of not being enough, a persistent inner critic rooted in past experiences, or emotions that feel suppressed until they surface “out of the blue.” You might feel unappreciated, underestimated, unworthy, or emotionally off balance. I am affirming and culturally sensitive in my work with the Black/African American community and other people of color. Therapy is offered in-office, virtually, through walk-and-talk sessions, and via Therapy Intensives.
