I work with individuals who are experiencing grief and loss due to the death of a loved one or an impactful life change. Unaddressed grief can be at the root of the problem. I utilize art therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and self-care strategies. I believe a supportive therapeutic relationship can support in navigating change, finding solutions, becoming empowered, gaining motivation, and creating your desired changes. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and an accepting safe space for clients. I look forward to working with you! I offer a compassionate and warm approach. I meet people where there at and support them to make the changes they desire. I have trained specifically with grief and loss, but I also support Clients with life transitions, parenting, post partum, personal growth, self-awareness, and reaching their goals.
