Hi, my name is Kimberly Wing, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My life's passion has always been supporting those in need. I have worked for over a decade with individuals experiencing overall life challenges, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use. I use a harm reduction model and specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I take a person-centered approach and prioritize the individual's goals and needs. In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer Nature Based Therapy to individuals who are interested in connecting with nature on a deeper level.
