Life is a journey and we all need to reach out for help at times. I have been helping clients for over 20 years move forward through depression, stress, anxiety, grief, adjusting to life transitions and coping with chronic illness. I understand that life gets tough and sometimes we get stuck. I provide honest and genuine counseling with true compassion for my clients.
