It is a courageous act to seek out healing in the form of psychotherapy and allow someone to witness the journey. I honor whatever brought you to the place of looking for a therapist that will fit your needs, and I welcome the parts of you that may feel unsure of the process or resistant. As a trauma therapist, my focus is understanding the body and mind and how they act on our behalf to navigate relationships and the world. Trauma work is about finding more flexibility and ease in that process. My goal with clients is to build a trusting relationship in an environment where exploring these dynamics feels accessible.
