As a clinical social worker, I help individuals and couples who are struggling with a wide range of emotional and interpersonal problems, such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, family stressors and relationship, commitment, and sexual issues. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space for people to explore the depths of their emotions, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that they may identify patterns and potential barriers that could inhibit their personal growth and emotional development.
