Life is a whirlwind of highs and lows—a mix of joy and sorrow, triumphs and challenges. In our darkest moments, we all need a compassionate shoulder to lean on, a listening ear, and a guiding light. I'm Kimisha Causey, a clinical social worker intern, here to walk with you when the path ahead seems uncertain. Drawing on my experience with both children and adults, I’ve learned how to support individuals through a wide range of challenges. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients recognize and reshape thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be holding them back from the mental and emotional well-being they deserve.
