I believe we can all use guidance and support as we navigate life. I have experience in community mental health, therapeutic foster care, and now private practice, working with clients of all ages. I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges with relationships, family dynamics, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. Using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, I provide a compassionate space where clients can heal and grow at their own pace.
