I work with clients who are struggling to get out of their own way and continue to repeat undesired patterns. These patterns can present in a myriad of ways yet often all lead back to a similar existence of feeling stuck; not knowing what to do, how to "fix" something, and/or feeling disconnected. They need someone to witness their whole story without judgement, as well as tenderly call out their role in perpetuating their own wounds so effective change can occur. Their goals are to build secure attachments, confidence through clarity, trust, and an empowered life with love and integrity.
