I support individuals or parents navigating pregnancy, postpartum, loss, or early parenting who feels overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or impacted by stress that runs deeper than day-to-day symptoms. They may be noticing how intergenerational trauma, racialized experiences, or family patterns are resurfacing during this transition. They want a space where their lived experience is believed, cultural context is centered, and therapy supports meaningful reflection, emotional regulation, and long-term healing—not just short-term coping. My work centers intergenerational trauma, identity transitions, and the emotional toll of navigating inequitable systems during the perinatal period. I offer a reflective, relational, and trauma-informed space.
